How long can I receive my skateboard after purchase?
After the payment is successful, we will ship the goods within 1-2 bussiness days, and provide three shipping methods: Standard shipping, Fast shipping, and Air shipping. The products will be received within 5-35 bussiness days according to the shipping method you choosed. However, during busy logistics or holidays, processing time may increase.

Do I need to pay tax?
No tax will be charged for US and EU customers if your order is a completed board.(Tax will be charged for customers in NZ/Norway/Switzerland/South Korea).If you buy spare parts and ship to EU/NZ/AU/CA, you will need to pay tax.
For Canada customers:
1)No tax will be charged if your order is shipped from China factory.
2)You may need to pay VAT if your order is shipped from the US, it depends on if the customs will check the package.
When will I get a tracking number?
Successfully paid orders will be shipped within 1-2 days. After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 days.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
The tracking number will update when your parcel arrives in your country and passes through customs. If the tracking information is not updated within a few days, please don’t be surprised, your board is on the way.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fees vary according to the destination, shipping method, and warehouse you selected. You can view the shipping fees on checkout page. Generally, we charge a $15-25 fee for standard shipping method.
When purchasing an electric skateboard, additional shipping costs are required in the following cases:1. When standard shipping, rail transportation, and local warehouse express delivery cannot be reached, it will be delivered by air transportation, and additional air postage will be required according to the buyer’s geographic location.

Live in east cost of Canada
Had the board for about a year... drove it basically through everything (EVERY SEASON) bord then started to power up to 5k/h then would just die off... possway was absolutely 0 help.. battery's and hub motors were out of stock and have been for the past few months.... ordered a new controler/ circuit board that was compatible off Amazon..... didn't fix it
Then ordered new hub motors that were compatible..... Still nothing..... will be building my own board now that I have all of the spare pieces as I am still unable to get a replacement battery to test if that's the problem
Worst customer service I have ever gotten with any company
The T3 skateboard itself is great when it works but 3 weeks and 1 puddle later my board was out of commision 100% not useable, After a back and forth via email with the company they ended with, Buy a new battery its what is wrong with your board. I tested the battery on a second board i had and it works just fine. When i emailed them and told them it must be something else, They never replied. 500$ Down the Drain..... Thx Possway
When will it be available I need trucks
As the title says. . . this board has been pretty great. I've been riding it since early april. There was still snow and ice on the ground here in central Canada. I've been through quite a few puddles through the warm weather as well. The only thing I've noticed is, with every use, the battery seems to die a little quicker. Love the board, love the motors, but can we get a better battery pack please ? Will be buying a second board so i have replacement parts.
Quick delivery with no damage to the items. What more could i ask for ?
